Hello! I'm Elena from Barcelona. Currently I'm studying at University Philosophy, economy and politics. This degree really suits me as I have a lot of interests in differents scopes.

It wouldn't be a descrpition about my self if I didn't say that I love dancing. I've been doing and teaching classes for many years and my favourites styles are jazz and ballet. Both of them discrive my character, jazz represents my happyness and crazzynes while classic dance is the sensitive, passionate, and hidden part of me.

So you have a curious, open, energetic and motivated girl who enjoys being surrounded by her friends, family and also new people to discover.

I like joining, knowing people as well as cultures. So definitely I am a "social-lover" who likes being with society as well as understanding their behaviour, the customs and the history.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I've already said I like knowing new people and cultures. Travelling by couchsurfing or hosting people Is the best way to learn (even more than books!). A perfect way to open your mind and find reallitys that you can't discover from your own couch with the door closed.

Interests

I've already talked about dancing, travelling, knowing people and understanding the society.
Another pleasure that I enjoy is reading. In fact I always carry a book in my bag, so you should imagine me reading books in any occasion that I find. I belive is an amazing way to learn, is'n it?

Talking about music I like a great variety as Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, Michael Jacskon, Lumineers, The Beatles...

I also love musicals, my favourites ones are West Side Story, Chicago, Singing in the rain, Grease, Footloose, Dirtydancing...

If I had to do a film list It would appear Flashdance, Billy Eliot, burlesque, Something hot, breakfast with dimonds, jeux d'enfants. And also Scorcese's filmes as shutter island,

In terms of books I can't choose one, althoug I really like disotopias as Farenheit 451, 1984 and A brave new world. In addition historical novels also grap my attention!
