Overview
About Me
Hi! I'm Elnaz. I'm 27 and I'm originally from Iran but I moved to Turkey last year on a job assignment. I work as a marketing specialist in Turkey, and dream of being a published author one day.
I love traveling and seeing new places. My favorite thing about traveling is learning about new cultures and finding new friends.
I love the ocean, and love living near bodies of water.
I love music, and find it a huge disappointment that life doesn't have background music. I'm a reader, a writer (as in a person who writes a lot), an eager TV-show watcher, and an occasional Harry-Potter-loving nerd.
I love animals, though I don't have a pet.
I'm a big fan of trying out new food.
No Facebook unfortunately, but you can find me on Instagram.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm open to any kind of music, with maybe the exception of rap. Mostly listen to modern pop, classic rock, and the occasional country and Jazz. I love the Beatles and Freddie Mercury might be the long lost love of my life.
Love going to the cinema, but prefer watching TV shows instead of movies at home. I'm currently obsessed with La Casa de Papel, Outlander, and Grey's Anatomy. Some of my favorite movies are Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Before Sunrise, Little Miss Sunshine, La La Land, Call Me by Your Name, Lady Bird, etc. Also love watching stand-up comedies and SNL.
Love reading stories. Harry Potter will always have a place in my heart. I read anything from Fantasy and Sci-Fi to Romance and Comedy to Literary Award-winners, though I read more contemporary than classics. Some of my favorite books are The Clown (Heinrich Boll), The Thorn Birds (Colleen McCullough), Norwegian Wood (Haruki Murakami), and The Unbearable Lightness of Being (Milan Kundera). Oh, and don't forget the Hunger Games series!
