About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Doing the bull dance. Feeling the flow. Working it.

ABOUT ME

I was born in Peru. When I was four I moved to Canada and grew up in a suburb of Toronto. I love to travel and live in different places. I would like to continue living in different places until i eventually get bored of the nomadic lifestyle or feel the need to settle down.
I am a sports junkie but not obnoxious nor single-minded about it. Love the arts, love to eat and drink and dance and talk and lie down and sleep for 10 hours.

PHILOSOPHY

The casual answer: I take life a day at a time. Making short term plans and enjoying what I have. I enjoy life.
The more serious and rambling answer:
I'm an non-anthropocentric anthropologist who considers himself agnostic and often reflects on the vastness of what could be an infinite universe against the fleeting and illusory nature of human existence. In theory I could be a nihilist but practically I have many beliefs that I have built upon the void, preferring to live by what my experiences have taught me to make life easier, fun and full of kindness. Influenced by Taoism and Existentialism.

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer slightly older things that have been baptised by time. I don't knock the mainstream at all but I look for the classics and the foreign things a little more. And anything that is hilarious.

Machu Pichu- Peru
Alhambra- Spain
Pompei- Italy
Teotihuacan- Mexico
Huaca de la Luna- Trujillo, Peru
Angkor Wat- Cambodia
(is it obvious at all that I'm an anthropologist with a slight interest in archaeology?)
Salar de Uyuni- Bolivia
Gocta Waterfalls- Chachapoyas, Peru
