CURRENT MISSION

Hi, my name is Elodie, I am 34 and I come from France.
I travelled a lot a few years ago, as a solo backpacker, but now i really would like to share the moments with someone else!

ABOUT ME

I am a very friendly , smilling and talkative personn, I can be the girl who likes to have a new dress and then be the adventure girl who does a back pack trip around the world; the big difference is that you remember and enjoy much more the trip around the world!!

I think that life is too short to stay in the same city all the way long, that's why I want to visit a lot of places, learn more about the other cultures and the people.

I love foods, really, i would like to test food from every country ( even insect in thailand) and learn some new recipes!
For my host, i can easily cook some french crêpes and much more !

There are no strangers here, but only friends you haven't met yet.
Dont wait too long to realize your dream, just go!
Open minded about religion, i enjoy talking about it, the differences and similarities. Would love to discover buddhism.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I dont want to visit a country, staying in confortable hotels and talking only with people i would be travelling with... When i visit a country I want to talk with local people, eat local food, learn about their culture...and you can find this in Couchsurfing! More, you can find really good friends all around the world! its priceless!

But it's important to say that i am absolutely not here to have date with anyone! It's a pleasure to meet people but I dont want guys expecting anything else from me! Had some bad experiences in the past so i dont want it too happen again!

I like fantasy books and films because I can imagine a new world and its so refreshing! i could spend my entire day reading a good book!
About music i like pretty much everything, excepting rap and electronic music.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Well there are several i cant really choose.

-Quit my job and country to go to UK alone for months.
-Learnt diving in Thaïland ( have swam with turtles, tresher sharks, whales sharks, dolphins...)
-Drive for the first time of my life a motor bike in asia( and it is absolutly not like our Nice roads in Europe!)
-Spent my first Christmas and new year eve away from home
In asia with complete strangers and have had such a good fun!
-I pop up last minute to new zealand, bought a car, set it up as à camper van and travelled 4 months in the whole country.
-Left home expecting to travel for 2 months, ended up for 8 months ( that happenned twice!)
-hitchhiked 500 km in total under wind and rain and loved it thanks to the people i have met on the way

I really like to dance Salsa ( and bachata) and i never miss an opportunity to improve it!
I can teach French, and talk in English ( I dont think i am good enough to teach it..)
I would love to learn italian!
