ABOUT ME

I am a belgian girl of 32 years old, I have spent more than 10 years of my life now studying biomedical sciences and it is really a passion to learn and understand how the human body works and how to cure diseases. I spent a year in Australia in 2012, doing the working holiday visa, which really opened my mind and my way of thinking. My other passion is of course travelling, meeting new people around the world and sharing our mutual experiences, go on an adventure, learn something new from experiences and people. I also lived in Canada for a while, now in New Zealand probably for a while too :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I definitely believe that meeting local people or travelers are the best way to visit a country, understand its customs and the way people live their lifes. Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to meet open-minded people that want to share their stories without making any money benefits, just by liking being surrounded by other people. I like that spirit

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

get a flat tire in wolfecreek in Australia, it's not amazing but those who know the movie will understand :D or driving a day long in the wild backcountry of canada without any fuel left and get stuck at the entrance of a national park.. All the stories need to be told in live but the most important thing to be reminded is that there is no bad story, we always learn a lesson from it and at least we have something to tell :)
