Hey everyone! My name is Eloïse, I am originally from the beautiful City of France which it's called Nancy. I decided to live my dream in Canada and fly on my own in 2015. After have worked for different jobs as "fille au pair, a cook, a bilingual customer representative, i am currently working as a French teacher. I really love sharing my native language with foreign students always in a fun way! I am working at Alliance Française as well which is a great organization which promotes french as a second language. I like encouraging people to achieve their goals. I help alo people to prepare for job interviews. And also i am an examiner for the french official test for immigration and giving clases for governement employees and for directors etc... So if never you need to learn French i am here to help :) I try to be positive even sometimes i overthink too much. In that situation, i try to breathe and think of something positive i had in my day. Can be a smile, a compliment, an action... You should try it really works! I am an open-minded woman who loves learning about new cultures and always down for new adventures! I am a foodie and have my own food website as well . I am a kind,reliable,funny and helpful person. I love reading,listening to music,swimming and meeting my friends :) I have a cat (Tigrou) so i love pets.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing to meet interesting people and share our different cultures :) When i came in Toronto for the first time i have been hosted by a very nice guy. I have never hosted yet but i like the fellow couchsurfers people 😊 I love learning about cultures and share experiences and have nice talks. I am a very communicative person who likes laughing and enjoying life. I would love to hear from you and go for a coffee or events. I love languages a lot and was thinking to learn a new one between portuguese or italian. I have a facility to understand languages and can learn fast. I can also teach you french! I hope to get a bigger place to live to host couchsurfers :)

I am a true foodie. It's a passion i started to have few years ago. I was writing for a digital website from Paris about food with technologies. Since then, i decided to create my own food blog. A friend decided to follow me in this adventure. My food blog is called digitalfood.tv and now we have more than 13000 fans on Facebook. It works quite well in despite of i didn't write for a very long time but i am gonna restart because i miss it very much. Here in Toronto i started to have this project of doing food documentaries. It's something i really would like to do. And working in the food sector is on my mind also.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A night bus party in Budapest = I recommend to do that overall !
Going in the famous therms in Budapest in the cold winter.
Doing a summer intensive internship in Warsaw to improve my polish.
Coming to Canada on my own.
Another amazing thing i've done was to be invited by Google in Paris to visit the Google House and in bonus i received the Nexus 7 tablet ;)
