Hello Couchsurfers friends!
We are really happy to welcome you again, now that we are settled in Veigné, France, in the South of Tours. We just got back to France, after living in Bozeman, Montana, USA, for 6 years. We love meeting new people and sharing experiences and good time together. We love cooking and playing board games. And we enjoy eating a good meal with good wine. I'm passionate about culture in general and history and politics more particularly.
I locate us in tours, so we can be found (the CS site is not the best or the easiest) but we are located 20 min south Tours in Veigné. Perfect if you are in a roadtrip or with a camper...
Just to let you know, Brian and I are both vaccinated.

Nous sommes super contents de vous accueillir, maintenant que nous sommes bien installés en France, à Veigné au Sud de Tours. Après avoir passé 6 ans à Bozeman dans le Montana, USA, nous nous établissons en France dans l'Indre et Loire.
J'ai indiqué Tours pour que vous puissiez nous trouver plus facilement sur le site, mais nous habitons à Veigné, à 20 min au sud de tours. C'est parfait si vous faites un roadtrip ou si vous êtes en camping car...
Héberger c'est voyager un peu, c'est inviter l'ailleurs à la maison :)

In the past, the couchsurfing made it possible for me to travel anywhere. I love being a host welcoming people from everywhere, helping them and sharing with them anything that can help.

Faire vivre l'esprit de solidarité, d'entraide et de partage sans l'entrave consumériste ou financière. Créer des réseaux indépendants parallèles qui participent à la construction d'une société plus juste.
Et faire des super rencontres, créer des relations qui durent plus longtemps que le séjour!

I like authentic music from Classical to Jazz/ Manouche, and chanson française (Brassens, Renaud, Ferrat, Trenet...), italian songwriters (de André, Guccini...), Folkloric music from anywhere around the world ( South American Cumbia, Kletzmer, Greek Rebetiko, Eastern European Country traditional music, African rythms, jazz and polyphonies, Spanish Flamenco, Arabic traditional music... )
The Cohen Brothers, Wes Anderson, Ken loach, French classic movies...
With my husband, we love watching shows.
I enjoyed reading F Kafka, S Zweig, A Christie, JF Parrot, comics....
I have a natural inclination towards historical movies, shows and books.
