HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a lot of people when I lived in Wellington after my studies... then I travelled in Europe and was able to stay with them! Some of my closest friends in Europe I met through couch surfing. It's easy to find people that you really get along with.

I love travelling, having a tea/beer/fresh orange/g&t while sitting with the sun on my face, or a red wine with my feet by the fire. At home (beautiful New Zealand) I love camping, open fires, the sea, rivers, travelling in my van. I love fresh air and being at the beach. I uncontrollably collect shells when I'm at the beach and hope to one day have a house where I can display them all.
I like making things, knitting etc and I love bike rides! I ride my bike to work every day (almost). Living close to work is important to me.
I also love gardening. I hope to one day have a huge vege patch in the garden of my house in the city. Haven't decided which city yet!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

-Hitched into the desert in Syria
-The gardens at the alhambra are amazing!
-Special NZ moment was standing on the beach at Waitarere, watching the sun set over the ocean while also having the mighty Mt Taranaki in all its glory in view in the distance (with cold beer in hand..... perfect!)
