ABOUT ME

I was born in Nicaragua, we left when I was young due to the civil war. My family and I moved to Chiapas Mexico for half a year or so, then we moved to Austin TX USA, lived there about 5 years, then moved to Guadalajara for another 5 years, when I finished high school I moved to Mcallen TX USA and got my undergraduate degree there. In 2006 I moved to Austin and have been here since. I'm working on getting into grad school to persue a carreer in Geographic Information Systems so with this I can have the flexibility to work in other countries.
Update 2011: Ive been in Guadalajara for a year now, been living with family here and am now working with my uncle, will be getting married at the end of February, havent really talked much about hosting people with my soon to be wife but hopfully she is cool with it. Will update that info later on.

I havent been active for the past couple of months but I want to get back in to the swing of things.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have travelled to England and Scotland and was able to surf the couches and rooms of some truly awesome people and have had the opportunity to have great people stay with me.

Centres d'intérêt

I enjoy going out to have drinks, dance (not a great dancer but I make an effort and hopefully that is what counts). I enjoy watching movies, any genre, domestic or foreign. I do like to read a good book now and then and that is all I can think of for now.

Last year I was able to go with my brother to see Daft Punk at Red Rocks Ampitheather outside of Denver CO, we were albe to get second row seats and it was an amazing show. Many more things to come...
