Hello over there! I am a going-with-the-flow-human being who likes to take impulsive decisions. I try to follow as much as I can what feels good :)

I am kind of a proud Belgian (well, I like to talk about how I see the Belgian culture and society), who teaches while and then, in different places in the world, especially in arts education (in Belgium, but I am working in a project in Nicaragua and participated in two art projects in Cuba). I draw, paint, had a wonderful 17-year-scouting-carreer, go to salsa dancing class, dance a lot in general, enjoy my book at the borders of the river that goes through my town, bake (almost always with chocolate), only eat veggie, meet up with friends, dream about my next travel...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just really like this 'international pact' between travellers all over the world! It's so simple and genius at the same time: everyone has amazing stories and experiences to tell and almost everyone has a couch/bed/hammock/... extra, so why wouldn't you share those?

Also, it feels like home, being hosted in a safe place with good vibes and think-alike people. And above that, they give you wonderfull stories and advice! It makes my trips so much more social and interesting!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know where it came from, but I would say the frist step I took to go on my first solo-trip for months in Central-America. All the trips I've done since then, always by myself, have come form this little courage-flame I had over there (that was in... feb 2018 I think).
Me as a person has grown so much in every single way, thanks to the travels I made, feeling so independent, strong and free, feeling all the feels!
