Hello!

I'm French and I'm lucky enough to live in the US for a year, working as a French teaching assistant in a primary school in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
When my internship will be over, my visa allows me to travel in the US for a month before heading back home.

After this year, I'll prepare the exams to become a teacher and I would like to do a PhD on American culture / history, and work as a lecturer.

I've been travelling quite a lot, especially in Europe (Portugal, Spain, Ireland, UK, Italy, Czech Republic, Malta), but also in New Caledonia, Thailand and Laos. During my BA, I went on a university exchange program and I lived in Newcastle, UK for a year.

My hobbies include mainly working out, watching movies, listening to music, cooking (and eating!), hiking, crafting and going out. However, travelling and meeting new people quickly turned into a way of life. I really enjoy meeting people from all over the world and exchange about our cultures. I'm really curious, easy-going and enthusiastic. I'm also pretty helpful and discrete as a guest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After the end of my contract I'll have one month to travel in the US.

With two friends of mine, we'll be travelling all the way down the West Coast from Seattle to San Diego, and our last stop will be Las Vegas.
We will only spend 1 to 3 nights in our various stops and we'd love to stay with different people with whom we'll be able to have great times!
