I'm a young, passionate, and headstrong Afro-european woman. After my studies in International Relations in Switzerland I decided to come back in Senegal to be part of the development of this part of my identity, Senegal. I work in the field of Higher Education and Research. Anyway, I am fun, open-minded, I like to learn, discover, discuss, dream and EAT...I love myself a good meal :-). But It's ok because I also love to cook :-).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel, discover new countries, new people! For me, you can't really understand and know a place without leaving and interacting with people who actually live there on a daily basis. I want to widen my horizon as much as I can! I won't lie, money is also a reason why I choose to be on Couchsurfing but it is not the main reason.

Interests

Travel obviously, meet new people. I'm passionate about politics but I can assure you that I am totally able to not talk about it :-). I also like to eat...a lot...not a lot lot...but a lot. I am what you can call a real epicurean.

Favorite music: can't decide...I love too many things , always listening music.

Favorite movie: Memories of Murder (Korean thriller....it's a masterpiece!). I was also amazed by Shutter Island and an another masterpiece...Usual Suspects...What do you want, I love my thrillers :-).

Favorite books: Les Liaisons Dangereuses (Choderlos de Laclos), Candide (Voltaire)...sorry It's my French side speaking :-)...And The Prince by Machiavelli.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Being French and Senegalese, I can share my experience living in Africa and in Europe. I can also share my travel experiences with my hosts and, last but not least, I'm a great cook (not a very humble one :-)), but a great cook so I can bribe my hosts with good food, french, senegalese, italian, togolese, you name it, I do it :-).
