About Me
Hey! :)
I live in London at the moment, running a book and craft beer shop / events space. In my job I love putting on events and meeting people from all round the world who live in London, but now I am back out and travelling myself!
For the month of October, I am escaping the big city to travel around Belgium/Germany/Austria and do a workaway.
I studied French and German at university in Bristol, I lived in Marseille for four months in 2019 (which I loved). I have spent a month in Dresden, in Leipzig and near the Lüneburger Heide. I love learning about different countries - when studying I enjoyed learning about history, literature and cinema as well as the languages.
I also love music, going to concerts, going on walks, to museums, reading books, watching films, cooking with friends and going to the pub. In my spare time I run a literary magazine.
I was unfortunately too young to vote against Brexit!!! :'(
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When travelling, I have found it a completely different experience to follow advice from locals and meet people who really live in a place and know it well.
