Hello! I just graduated from medical school and am taking a couple weeks off before starting my residency (Junior doctor). I love to travel, meet fellow travelers, walk through a city to get to know it, try local food, and drink local beer/wine.
One of my best memories was when I was backpacking solo through Patagonia in southern Chile, and I sat down to dinner and made good friends with another solo traveler who was from Denmark. We spent the next couple of days visiting glaciers, hiking to waterfalls, and eating eating eating! I love to meet people as they journey through life. In the US, I find that there's a strong divide between those who enjoy traveling and those that do not, and those that do are definitely the most interesting, big-hearted, broad-minded people.

I'm on couch surfing because I think it will be an authentic way to explore this beautiful world and meet its people! I want to get a real taste for the people that live in the places I'm visiting.

I listen to many genres of music like alternative rock, jazz, classical, top 20, indie, and electronica.

Movies - I love superhero movies (I'm really a big nerd for them), action, thrillers, comedies. I can't do scary movies because I will literally scream out loud, and no one wants that ;) haha

Books - I enjoy historical fiction, mysteries, and classics.

I'm sure there are a lot of American couch surfers out there, but I'd certainly like to offer my own unique opinion :) If you're busy I can easily entertain myself. If you're free, I would love to explore with you, and I also like to cook and bake so I'd love to cook together!
