About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Do what I love and love what I do
ABOUT ME
I can fly. Enough said!
PHILOSOPHY
Work hard, play hard. There was a phenomenal runner, Steve Prefontaine, that said something pretty neat, "To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift."

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite...
movie = Stranger Than Fiction
music = punk (though some Johnny Cash or Paul Simon is golden)
book = Count of Monte Cristo, "Oh my God, let me not forget!"
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been hit by a semi-truck while riding my bicycle... and lived!
Teach, Learn, Share
From many years of racing and working as a mechanic, I can build and repair any bicycle. Plus, I learned some cool things from other teams about recovering from hard work outs. So, after a long day of riding, running, or just plain working out, I know a few tricks. My favorite skill from those years is some of the snacks that I would cook (like my cheese bread) and eat while the main course was being prepared.
