Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Heard about CS from a good friend who lived in Brasil. Since then I've meet with the community in my city and hostel people when I was in Belgium last year. Currently in Alberta, CA.
Every time you meet someone through this platform great experiences and adventures happen! I just love that. Go for a beer, share culture, learn languages (specially the street words in other languages that you don't learn in the school) or find people that like to hike in the mountains, just to mention some..

Interests

i was a member of my home university track & field team so i truly love running. Also i like capturing landscapes pictures even when i don't have a professional camera. I like spicy food and any kind of drinks. I've been living with a French Family in Canada and I've changed completly my way of eating, I love French culture and cuisine.!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music depends on the mood. From Indie, Alternative and Soul, to Electro, Rap and House! But hey don't forget about Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Funk brasileiro..! Que la música también es para mover el cuerpo y disfrutar.

I rarely watch movies.. sometimes I watch a serie on Netflix but i prefer to search some videos on Youtube (bloggers/documentaries) about what I like.. for example, hiking, traveling, camping, small communities's culture, history, international relationships..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When taking courses at Arizona, the University organized a trip to Colorado's Grand Canyon. It was mid-December, so when we got there it started to snow! We couldn't see anything from the Canyon, instead we started a Snow fight!

I love Mexico! So I'm really open to share with you anything you want to learn about it (If I don't know something, we google it!). That said, I enjoy learning about other cultures.. asking about their country's history, music, gastronomy, etc..
