About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Keep the travels alive, see more places and fill in the gaps on my USA map

ABOUT ME

Hey! I've recently returned from travels around the States, it turns out I'm a walker, can't help it, transport makes it boring. I'm a happy, straight forward and easy-going person. I'm very approachable so i doubt i'll find anyone who i can't make some form of conversation with! I'm open-minded, relatively independent and can't help wanting to learn new things. I know I'm a girl but i just love talking sports, any, hit me. and if i don't know much about it i bet you i will once we've finished talking because i will definitely want to learn!I'm going to call myself a Londoner. I've been living here for over 4 years and it very much feels like home. I grew up in Brackley, a small town in the south midlands, UK, loved it but needed to get out.I am a struggling musician at heart, I play double bass and have basic skills on the guitar and piano. I love music and I love playing it and cannot wait until i have the spare time to do it again!... But the money earner is working in events and also waitressing. Travelling wont pay for itself!

PHILOSOPHY

I was in a cafe the other day and the waiter asked if i wanted a straw, i said "Why not?!", and realised i say this a lot! So simple yet the best way to live :)
I like to think I'm finally living life for me and I'm very much enjoying not having any ties apart from my family and close friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfed a lot and attended meets.
Hopefully can host soon, current living situation makes it impossible :(

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I've surfed a lot of couches in the US and been to a couple meetings in London and the US. The people who I've met, whether they've been hosts or not, have been amazing!

Interests

Music, playing it, listening to it, watching it. All sports, mainly watching them. All food, shopping, sitting and doing nothing, getting out the house and doing everything, meeting people, talking, listening, peanut butter, crappy pop music, the colour green, organising things at last minute, public transport, walking, learning to roller skate, reading fiction, drinking a nice cold beer/cider in the sun, snow, countries and flags, mapominoes, dogs, going to the cinema, musicals.
