About Me

CURRENT MISSION

First time couch surfer in Europe

ABOUT ME

I'm a self-less, fun, perceptive, laid-back guy who enjoys exploring new places and meeting people of all walks of life. Everybody has different perceptions of travel but I think traveling is the best way to broaden your horizons even if it's just traveling to a city a mile away.

I value simplicity, optimism, mindfulness, change and modesty. I like to volunteer my time for the community and give away things that I take for granted everyday.

PHILOSOPHY

"The simple things are also the most extraordinary things, and only the wise can see them."

-Paulo Coelho

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently read a book on How to Travel the World on $50 a day by Matt Kepnes. He recommends couchsurfing if you are on a budget. I figure why not join it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is going to be my first time. I'm a little nervous but I'm always open to new experiences.

Interests

Enjoying the simple pleasures of life: reading, listening, writing, laughter, conversations (especially while enjoying a glass of whiskey or wine at a quiet bar), a stroll at the park, comedy, dancing (Lindy Hop), swimming, sarcasm, basketball, volunteering, brain games, napping, meditate, going to shows and concerts, listening to music, traveling
