HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Actually, I became a CSer before I join this community, see the "CouchSurfing Experience" for details.

I really love to share what I know in my country, and like to know more about your city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Everybody has their reason to join this community website, mine is because of a kind and generous woman I met in Malaysia.

It happened on one day, about 8 PM, my brother and I were looking for a hostel to stay, she called us and asked "are we travelers?"

after finding out that we can speak Chinese, she became happy and switch to Chinese to talk, we talked a lot, then she decide to let us stay in her house, she provide a room with clean sheets, pillows, quilts and brand-new towels, she even provide a meal, and all of that are free!

We would like to pay, but she just refuse to take it, the only thing she asked in return is that if someday she come to Taiwan, we could show her around. How kind she are!

That's my first time to do couch surfing, a special one, I think, without a plan and sending a request to a host, but really interesting!!
