Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enriching myself and the world (I don't mean financially! Not that that does any harm either)
ABOUT ME
I'm a 25 year old guy and I'd describe myself as laid back and accepting. My "mission" was a surprisingly easy question to answer for me, as I have been very much focussed for the last few years on self development and 'improvement', which takes a variety of forms, from learning new things, to learning to like new foods, to insisting on trying new things, avoiding regrets and improving my healt hand self esteem.
I'm educated and friendly, prefer smaller parties to huge ones but still know how to have a good time, I like bushwalking and sitting around chatting with friends.
I live on the outer northside of Brisbane, but bizarrely have a weekend job which I love in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.
PHILOSOPHY
I put a bit of this in "all about me" but some key words are: accepting difference and others, care and empathy, openmindedness, thinking outside the routine, challenging myself to grow, being supportive.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At this time I am just meeting new and interesting people, and in time I hope to be able to give a fuller answer to this question.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My couchsurfing experience lies principally in having spent nearly every Saturday night of 2009 sleeping in my mate's bed or couch in Labrador (depending on whether he had a girlfriend over that night or not). Now that he's moved to Brisbane and I'm still working weekends on the Gold Coast, my couchsurfing experience is probably about to become a whole lot less predictable.
