ABOUT ME

My name is Ely. Im from Mexico. I love my country, it s a very colorful place =)I studied biology because I feel amazed by life! It s so perfect the way that everything works together!!!
I have been traveling since I was a child because my dad loves traveling too. So very often my family and I went to the country side or small towns around Mexico. I feel fascinating when Im in another town and you can meet people from other places different than yours and share experiences. I think it expans your universe!
When I finished my degree, I worked in a Royal Caribean Cruise. Oh I did enjoy that! We traveled around the caribean area, all of the places over there are such a paradise!
After that I started my master in immunology in UK. At the moment, Im doing my PhD in Immunology and cancer. Im trying to find a veccine for leukemia. Hopefully it will work and we will be able to help lots of people against this disease.
I love traveling, it s one of the things that really refreshes my soul. All of the different landscape around, different people, so cool to discover! It fullfils me =)

I like to help people, so if someone comes to Rostock and wants a tour around or needs anything, or just chilling or have a cup of coffee, Im in!!!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Incredible! Couch surfing is one of the greatest experiences I have done so far. People who share the pleasure of traveling and helping each other. It s amazing. I can t express with words how happy it makes me to do it. It is like if you know the people who host you since ever, trusting each other and sharing experiences and good moments. So far I can tell that the couch surfing it s an amazing idea! I think everybody should do it. Helping each other is the way the become better in life, I think.

兴趣

I love researching, it s just basically my passion. First because the processes of life are so fascinating that to understand them makes life even more beautiful, cos it makes my realise how perfect is everything. Everything works in the right place!
Second, because the more that we know about the processes of the cell =), the more that we can do to improve life (when cells dont work so perfectly =? )
