I'm a free spirited, open minded, creative, spontaneous, say-it-how-it-is and loving individual.
Currently I'm a full time globe trotter, free lance Interior Designer/concept stylist travelling for experience, freedom and inspiration.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I originally hosted a few people in my home Australia through my housemate and since then loved the concept of couch surfing. This year i'm travelling solo through Europe and have tried out surfing myself for the first time in Berlin, I can honestly say i had such a pleasant experience. People are so giving and open on the basis that they were once hosted and are returning the gift. I got to cook with my hosts, have late nights with wine and sore bellies from laughter, given personal tours around the cities hot spots, introduced to friends and invited to gathering as well as absolutely set up with comfortable accommodation and amenities. I don't think i could go back to hostels or hotels ever again ;P

Interests

Music is a real passion of mine, my style is quite eclectic yet specific....old retro tunes,alternative,folk,rock,indie,blues and roots, hiphop etc I love more than anything to connect with someone through music and it really the best gift you could ever give to someone.

Every chance i get i like to step out into nature, i find it calms and grounds me. I'd like to say i firmly have my two feet planted on this earth and actively be a part of it everyday. Being at the beach,in the rainforest,or even in an aquarium makes me feel so inspired and humbled by life.I think if more people spent time in nature the world would have less anxiety, angst, negativity and feel more centered and clear minded.
LOOOOOVE cooking and especially entertaining/sharing my creations with friends, couch surfers or anyone that will let me jump at the chance ;-) I'm very interested in Ayurvedic cooking and like to live a conscious, holistic lifestyle. Yoga and dance are very important to me as is general health and fitness.

Now i'm a true creative in every sense, I'm an ideas women,i hate being stuck in front of a computer or indoors for too long, I am adventurous and spontaneous, change my mind like my underwear,yet always have a clear vision of exactly what i want haha.....maybe contradictory at times ;-) I enjoy any form of creativity especially collaborating and bouncing ideas of other like minded people. other things I enjoy are laughing...being a bit silly, photography, skating (long board), exploring, interior design,culture, travel obviously and trying new things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kyaking alone in Halong Bay, Vietnam and fining a secluded island with beautiful shallow water caves. I spent a few hours just lying there listening to the waves crash against the rocks and just floating back and forth with the current. Truely one of the most beautiful places/experiences i could ever imagined.
