ABOUT ME

I am the owner of a fitness studio in Cincinnati. My husband works in instructional design. I have two daughters (not traveling with us) that are teenagers (causes a little stress in my life!).

Interessi

I love to sleep in (7 am is sleeping in for me) and go exercise. I also love to bike and walk and swim. I do triathlons and would walk everywhere if I could. We have thoughts of moving to the city someday but live in the suburbs for now in a 50s ranch that we completely restored. I love being healthy and experimenting with vegetarian and vegan food even tho I am not exclusively either. My husband is a huge history buff, loves hockey, and baseball history, as well as running and biking
