About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to grow, explore, and listen well

ABOUT ME

The last few years I've enjoyed working in the summers and traveling in the winters, now I am back home in Homer working once more. I love to hear stories of other folk's travels, I've experienced incredible generosity and kindness in my wanderings and want to pay it forward.

PHILOSOPHY

Those who shun the whimsy of things will experience rigor mortis before death. -Tom Robbins

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Miyazaki, Wes Anderson, and Jean-Pierre Jeunet are a few directors I like. I just saw the film Tracks which is my new favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kayaked with whale sharks in Baja California, kind of by accident - we paddled/swam in to each other. Such awe-inspiring beings!

Teach, Learn, Share

I´m always interested in learning new skills or just learning more about a person. I know a bit about fermentation, gardening, some music theory, book binding..
Joke swaps are always a good thing!
