I live in Son & Breugel, a village outside Eindhoven in the south of The Netherlands. My house is set in lovely countryside close to farms one of which has water buffalo. I'm fortunate to have wonderful paths for walking so close to my doorstep.

I have really lived life and travelled a lot. In my early days I worked on cruise ships as a croupier in the Mediterranean, even building in France!

I'm a tidy ex drinker and smoker, that enjoys laughing and respects peoples surroundings and belongings.

Now I'm more into calmness and wellbeing and found my true life purpose in methods and systems that help one to be more fully present in life and health.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My new lifestyle means I have many opportunities to further my learning and development in other parts of the world. My nature of meeting and connecting with people easily makes couch surfing the perfect chance to interact with people on my travels and see local places that I would not hear about.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music and still have an old fashioned record player. My tastes are pretty broad, from Rolling Stones to mellow blues.

Right now my reading interests are self development, enlightenment, kindness and love.

The Green Mile and Once Upon A Time in the West are two of my favourite movies. And really enjoy quiz programs on TV.
