My range is pretty wide… For music, I enjoy pop, rock, musicals, dance music, big band singing especially of classic love songs, r&b, chill; some favorite artists are Sting, Jack Johnson, Bruno Mars, Joss Stone, Harry Connick Jr, Adele, Barbra Streisand, Lily Allen, Sade, Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Stevie Wonder, Billy Joel, Alanis Morisette, Carole King, Tracy Chapman, U2, Rod Stewart…

Movies…I tend to enjoy Oscar-nominated type movies, rom-coms, drama, musicals, comedies, superhero blockbusters, disney/dreamworks/pixar movies, award-winning films from other countries that make you think and expose you to other cultures…

Books…favorite authors are David Sedaris, Erma Bombeck, Anna Quindlen, Roald Dahl, love the Harry Potter series, Enid Blyton when I was a kid, Nick Joaquin and Jessica Zafra (the Philippines’ own), Salman Rushdie; plus a number of self-help books and coaching books I keep on my shelf as these helped me greatly at some point or other.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I published my book “Heart On My Sleeve” in 2021–it was my big pandemic project! 📙🧡 It’s a compilation of selected columns I’ve written through the years. It’s sub-titled “Confessions, Explorations & Epiphanies of a Lifestyle Jouno Turned Life Coach.” Proud of me, yay! 🥰 (I still have some copies left, and it’s easy to order.😉)
