ABOUT ME

I'm a full time college student living with my family along the shores of Lake Michigan. I love music, dark beer, and traveling. Next year my sister and I are planning a trek across Europe, and it'd be wonderful to meet some folks with available couches!

PHILOSOPHY

I've got a few rules I follow quite closely. They are: "Never take life too seriously, no one gets out alive anyway." and "Treat others as you would like to be treated." I know they seem simple, but I'm always surprised at the number of people who don't follow them.

I created a CS profile a few years ago, but got caught up in school and work too much to fully enjoy it. I'm ready now. Looking forward to creating friendships across the globe.

Music, Movies, and Books

Dazed & Confused, Waiting..., Harry Potter films, Pride & Prejudice (books and film). I love The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, O.A.R., and many other different styles of music. I work in a book store and have a LOT of favorite books. Jane Austen and Oscar Wilde are my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

France is one of my favorite places on earth. Honestly, my list of things to see is much longer than my list of things I've already seen. Time to change that.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am more than capable of teaching you how to alphabetize books by author's last name, as that is how I make my living currently. The things I want to learn are numerous. I would love help with my French, more specifically.
