About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to see as much of the United States as possible. We live in a beautiful country and I want to learn more about it and the people within it.
ABOUT ME
After travelling across the country with a friend and WWOOFing, I kind of just landed in Santa Barbara. I love the sun, the warmth and of course the beach. I'm an easygoing girl, looking to experience new things and enjoy my life.
PHILOSOPHY
The most important thing in life, is to learn as much as possible, through other people and your surroundings.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As of now, I cannot host others but I am hoping to be able to in the future.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met some really great people by couchsurfing with them!!
Interests
I like listening to music, watching movies, drawing, writing, people watching, traveling, learning, watching Roseanne, petting puppies/kittens/other fluffy (or not fluffy) animals, and getting down. I also really enjoy nutritional yeast, tea tree oil, and apple cider vinegar.

Music, Movies, and Books
Some of my favorite movies are Four Rooms, My Own Private Idaho, Vivre Sa Vie, Jackie Brown, Cry Baby, Slacker, Serial Mom, Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket, Party Girl, Matilda, Young & Wild, The Lair of the White Worm, and Vertigo. I like to watch anything that is weird, campy, fucked up, interesting, aesthetically -pleasing, thought-provoking, or dark.
I usually listen to funk, soul, nu-disco, and doo-wop music...but I will listen to anything that makes me feel good or that I can relate to.
I like reading mostly short stories (David Foster Wallace, Ray Bradbury, Steven King, Thomas Pynchon, Kurt Vonegut), as well as graphic novels (Watchmen, Black Hole, Blankets, Rice Boy, Asterois Polyp). My favorite novels are Dharma Bums, Franny and Zooey, Inherent Vice, and Slaughterhouse 5.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing that I have done, was participate in an exchange program in High School. I had an exchange partner who came to my school in upstate New York for 3 weeks and I went to her school in Cologne Germany for 3 weeks. It was an incredible learning experience because I was able to see the difference from American schools and German schools. I also had the opportunity to see one of the most beautiful cities in the world and stay with an incredible German family.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have taught myself a lot from reading, exploring, talking, and writing. I can share my experiences and the things that I know from my life. In return, I hope that any host is willing to do the same.
