Listening to NPR, Stuff you Should Know podcast, running, sewing, processing social interactions (either in my head or with a friend), organizing things like sorting clothes in a closet or names on a spreadsheet- not in an OCD way- but more as a way of giving myself the illusion that ive actually accomplished something that day- its all about "small wins"
