ABOUT ME
I am a Californian girl who goes to Wellesley College, a women's college in Massachusetts.
I love art museums, libraries, and costume parties :) I also like to dance (though I am not the best at it haha). I like public transportation. I get lost often and I enjoy it (most of the time). I am sociable, energetic, and curious.
I've traveled to Europe and East Asia with my parents, but because these travels have been within the limits of popular tourist attractions, I yearn to travel more and learn more about different people and cultures.
PHILOSOPHY
Love All. Trust Yourself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am currently surfing as I do not own my own place (I live with my parents and when I am not there I am in a dorm situation).
Interests
I am interested in art, music, feminism, queer everything, fashion, psychology, people, and learning new things. Learning new things encompasses lessons on life, how to fix a bike, physics concepts, cooking tips, showing me around the area, and anything anyone is willing to teach me! (I have to warn you though, I may be a slow learner, but my enthusiasm makes up for it!)

Music, Movies, and Books
Love movies, and would love to watch some more classic horror/ thriller films (some Hitchcock, Rosemary's Baby, The Shining, etc.). Favorites are Carrie (I also adore King's book), Hedwig and the Angry Inch, The Science of Sleep, and Heathers. I also enjoy The Twilight Zone and documentaries on space and society.
I am pretty open about music and generally like a little bit of every genre. Guilty pleasure at the moment is Lana Del Ray...I enjoy pop music (not gonna lie), classic rock, motown, and electronic music (dance-y and/ or soothing). Also, anything that can make me dance is great.
I eat (third-wave and/or intersectional) feminist literature like candy. I am a big bell hooks fan.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This may sounds nerdy/ bland but reading feminist lit in college and discovering myself was (and still is) pretty amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not particularly good at dancing but I know how to appear to know how to dance...so I could teach that (tip for girls with long hair: whip it around).
