Hi guys, my name is Emanuel. I'm a student at the Ruhr-University Bochum and currently studying maths and physics to become a teacher. I grew up in a village with the unspeakable name "Sprockhövel". I like to do sports, for example handball, but also all kinds of other ball-related sports. Besides I wouldn't mind doing anything else, like hiking. Regarding my character, I'm an easy-going person and usually in a good mood. I like to have funny conversations and to make silly jokes from time to time :P.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I know, I joined Couchsurfing pretty recently. I thought about it for quite some time, but I didn't see the chance to try it out myself. Now the time has come... :P. I'm about to spend the next semester in Bilbao as Erasmus student and I'd like to start it off with a great experience. Too be honest, I would be really gratefull to stay a couple of nights at your home and improve my Spanish skills. Don't be afraid! I'm not planning on staying the whole time. :D
