About Me

Hola a tod*s!

I'm an exotic Italian Guy, I like sports and nature, as well as cities and traveling. I'm a good cook only when I'm inspired, otherwise I don't eat: I aliment myself.

I have traveled many places in Europe, and still have plans to travel more in here with my super van Gogh @myvanis.gogh.
Moreover, I discovered Latino America a few years ago and every other year I choose a State and spend my summer holidays there... Up to now it has been Peru and Colombia! Hopefully at the end of the PhD I'll be able to travel longer and "dale una vuelta a Latino America".

In the time I'm not traveling or chilling, I do my PhD in Multimodal models (something in Artificial Intelligence), but I don't know many things so don't come to me talking about AI cause I don't have answers but only questions!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To know new people, to share my experiences, to share time with different cultures in a different way of conventional hostels and hotels and camping.
And of course to save money :)

Interests

What I learned in the last year is that interests change with time, but some stay consistently! I was pretty much interested in learning languages since the end of my high school, while playing musing and practicing sports since I remember.

  • traveling
  • hiking
  • backpacking
  • sports
  • study abroad
  • learning languages
  • playing guitar
  • learning new things
  • meeting new people
  • playing drums
  • singing in the shower

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share with people my knowledge, all the things that I know and that I learnt (I like teaching, a lot!), I can teach guitar and drums (for begginers eh!), and of course I can teach you how to hiking and backpacking and how to organise yourself for short hiking as well as longer one (I did the "Camino de Santiago", 27 days, lots of people, 800 km). I can teach cooking and Italian receipts (I'm Italian, guys!)

What to learn? I'm open to everything, especially to talks to I can learn new words to improve my Languages background.

I can share food, I can share time, that's the most important thing I can share with people.
