I am Emanuelle 20 years old. I am from Quebec, Canada living in a little and lovely city about 26 500 inhabitants in Estrie since I am born on earth! This is a family and french place with various festivities depending the season. Near Orford mount, there are visitors from everywhere to see and do sports as skiing, skating, hiking in winter and kayak, bicycle and roller blade in summer.

I went from primary to secondary school here and went to a bigger and energetic city: Montréal, to study naturopathy, working now in that subject with pleasure.

Couchsurfing is I guess a wonderful experience to meet people deeply in their life. We can exchange discussions, passions, cooking or just say Hi and day is coming well. So, to share moments with unknown person and discover unique creatures we are. That is the reason Couchsurfing makes me surf on the couch! :)

兴趣

I am passionate in yoga philosophy and I would love to become a yoga teacher. I am practicing vinyasa, flow, yin and hatha yoga, which all give different benefactions.

Meditation, reading, gardening, cooking vegan food, hiking, drawing, writing, dancing for fun and opening my heart, simple I can keep my life more happy and healthy I feel.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have tried «danse intégrale» which is inspired from the 5Rhythms danse created by Gabrielle Roth, a prolific danser, who turned her way on meditation danse where Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness are the 5 rhythms to join spirit, soul, mind, heart and body. I think, for me, this is a way to be free and in pure connection with who I really am.
