Hi! I'm originally from Marin County, CA (just north of San Francisco), but I'm currently studying in Lugano, Switzerland. I am very open-minded, down to earth, and relaxed. I love traveling, doing absolutely anything outside, cooking, eating, laughing, and learning. In California I guide kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding trips, but in Switzerland I am a full-time student. I am almost always up for anything, and am constantly searching for my next adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To put it simply: I am on couchsurfing to see new places and meet new people! I love the concept of paying it forward, and I think that's what this site is all about. I'm interested in meeting real local people and hearing about their favorite places to stroll, eat, drink, chilllll, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An 15 day backpacking trip in the Sierra Nevada mountains; it was almost as amazing as the shower I took afterwards.
