I was raised in a small town in Michigan and have always loved to travel to new places and meet the local people!

I recently graduated from med school and will be a new resident in Family Practice. Someday I hope to practice medicine overseas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My local couch surfing group has wonderful events. i also like to have visitors stay over, go out for dinner or drinks, etc

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have hosted but not surfed. Everybody has been incredibly friendly and interested in building this community. It's been great!

Interests

I love to dance, eat, play piano and listen to music (mostly electronic, jazz, and Wu-Tang). I also love to craft (sewing, collage-making, pottery) and hike. I am addicted to the Sunday Times crossword puzzle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just spent two months in Northern Ghana, working at the regional hospital delivering babies and spending time in the pediatric ward. I saw too many amazing things to list!
