About Me
I am 26 years old and I'm from Melbourne Australia. I have been a primary school teacher for the past three years but quit my job so that I could travel this year with my boyfriend. I am very easy to get along with and absolutely love meeting new people! We started traveling in December in Mexico city and are working our way down to Rio Brazil by August.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm currently traveling through central and south America with my boyfriend for 8 months. We are on an extremely tight budget...We have lots of time but not so much money. So a lot of people have recommended I go on couchsurfing. My boyfriend and I are very laid back and easy to get along with. So far one of our favourite things when traveling has been meeting new people, especially locals from the area where are in.
Interests
Going to the movies. Eating-I love trying new foods! I love going to watch Australian football -no not soccer or rugby, the Australian football league! I love meeting new people. I love going to music gigs. I enjoy making people laugh. We both love to go to new places and exploring new countries and definitely love trying out all the local beers.

Teach, Learn, Share
My boyfriend and I are both trying to learn Spanish on our trip. We have done some homestays with Guatemalan and Nicaraguan families that don't speak English and we have enjoyed teaching them English whilst they help us with Spanish!
