Hi there!
I'm a student based in Tokyo, originally from Austria and most recently from Heidelberg, Germany, where I studied at university. You can say I have been coming around so far!
Currently I am living in Tokyo for writing my Master's thesis in Medical Physics/Cancer Therapy.
My hobbies are reading, especially fantasy like Harry Potter and science fiction, and drawing.
Also I am an avid hiker and music lover - I used to sing in a band! In my spare time I like to create animations with Blender and explore the great outdoors, particularly during the winter months when I can go skiing.
I'm always looking for new adventures, and I'm also learning new languages.
Life is an exciting journey and I'm ready to take it on!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Earlier, a friend told me to but now I am travelling the world and want to know the people and cultures and also the travellers nearby.

Interests

I would consider myself as a quite creative person. I love making music, especially in groups. Moreover I love drawing and reading. Not to forget, also writing stories. I am studying physics and am working in cancer therapy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2019 , I had the time of my life while travelling to Malta and meeting friendly single travellers. We explored secret places that some locals showed us, and I learned a lot about Malta. We also went to one of the greatest parties I had in my life - the party itself wasn't that special, but the experience with my new friends was unforgettable.

My favourite journey last year was hiking in Austria for one week, to some glaciers. It was a great but exhausting experience, but the views were incredible and unlike anything I had seen before!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I share my experiences and knowledge from my journey as a medical physicist in cancer therapy, as well as my passion for reading, drawing, music, and adventure.
I explore topics such as politics, science, fantasy stoies and the great outdoors. Sometimes I offer tips and advice for others looking to learn more about these topics but I am always happy the receive those! Moreover I am enjoying talking in foreign languages as much as possible!
