Mi nombre es Emerson, pero puedes llamarme Emmett si es más fácil, ¡muy contento de conocerte! Soy de Brasil, el país de las fiestas y la gente cálida, porque me encanta estar junto a mis anfitriones en largas conversaciones y un oso juntos. Entonces hablemos de mi, tengo 25 años y soy un mochilero. "Oh, chico, ¿cuánto tiempo vas a viajar?", No sé jajaja porque tengo un plan largo, escucha: soy cocinero (me gradué en comunicación, pero me enamoré del calor de La cocina y el aceite en mi cara), así que tengo un proyecto que consiste en viajar alrededor del mundo para conocer la gastronomía de los lugares y para enseñar y cocinar a otros pueblos. Entonces, sí, podemos cocinar juntos y cambiar experiencias (si no sabe cocinar, no se preocupe, le aseguro que le haré una cena deliciosa). He estado viajando desde 2018, y tengo planes de quedarme en Francia por un año (todo el mundo sabe que Francia es el centro de la gastronomía), pero por ahora me quedaré en Argentina hasta octubre y será genial comenzar la ciudad con ¡El couchsurfing para saber más gente cómo vive aquí! Por cierto, estoy aprendiendo francés y todavía no hablo perfectamente y tengo que mejorar mi español (no noto mi acento brasileño) y me quedaré muy contento si hablamos español todo el tiempo porque lo mejor La forma de aprender más es practicando ¿Correcto?

Hello everybody!
My name is Emerson, but you can call me Emmett if is more easy, very glad to meet you! I'm from Brazil, the country of the parties and the warm people, beacuse of that I love to stay together with my hosts to long talks and a bear together. So let's talk about my, I'm 25 years olds and I'm a backpacker. "Oh guy, from how long time will you be travelling?", I just don't know hahaha cause I have a long plan, listen: I'm a cook (I graduated in communication, but fell in love with the heat of the kitchen and the oil in my face) so I have a project that consists of travel around the world to know about the gastronomy of the places and to teach and cook to others peoples. So, yes, we can cook together and change experiences (if don't know cook don't be worry, I assure you I'll make you a delicious dinner). I have been travelling since 2018, and I have plans to stay in France for 1 year (everybody knows that France is the center of the gastronomy), but for now I'll stay in Argentina until October and will be great starting the city with the couchsurfing to know more people how live here! By te way, I'm learning French and I don't speak perfectly yet ans I've to improve my spanish (do not notice my Brazilian accent) and I'll stay very happy if we speak spanish all the time because the best way to learn more is practising. right?

¡Oh, genial! Estoy aquí para conocer a más personas, cuando eres nuevo en un país, la mejor manera de aprender más es estar en contacto con la gente. Tengo planes de quedarme en Buenos Aires hasta octubre (tomaré mi DNI en Martch, ¡desearme suerte!) Y dividir un apartamento, pero realmente me gusta quedarme en couchsurfing al comienzo de la nueva llegada para hacer nuevos amigos en Argentina.

Me encantan todos los tipos de música, de verdad. Puedo divertirme mucho con eletron, rock, pop, música folclórica, etc. Pero, vamos, soy brasileño, estoy seguro de que me encanta la música brasileña como el funk (bailemos, bailemos, bailemos), pagode y MPB. (Todo acompañado de una buena caipirinha, por supuesto). Pero, esto es un trato, puedo mostrarte las músicas más populares de Brasil y tú me enseñas tu canción favorita en Argentina ¿qué piensas?
Soy un pequeño nerd, así que amo GoT, The Big Bang Theory, Harry Potter, El señor de los anillos, RPG y animes. Casado con Netflix. Hay dos temas que nunca puede dejar de empezar: comida y teorías de la conspiración. Si esto sucede, me animo demasiado y nunca voy a dejar de hablar.

I love all the kinds of music, really. I can have a lot of fun with eletron, rock, pop, folcloric music and etc. But, come on, I'm brazilian, so of sure that I love the brazilian music like funk (let's dance dance dance), pagode and MPB (all accompanied by a good caipirinha, of course). Lo más increíble que he hecho es dejar mi trabajo como comunicólogo para cocinar y haber comenzado este viaje, en ese tiempo conocí personas y lugares increíbles. Realmente es algo que quiero hacer por un tiempo más.

The most incredible thing I've ever done is to quit my job as a communicologist for a cook and to have started this trip, in that time I met incredible people and places. It really is something I want to do for a while longer.

Como te habrás dado cuenta me encanta mucho cocinar. De hecho, todos mis viajes se basan en cocinar, por eso tomaré mi DNI y encontraré un trabajo en un restaurante (realmente quiero aprender más sobre la carne argentina), después de Buenos Aires tengo planes de ir a Francia y permanezca 1 año viajando entre las ciudades francesas ... entonces una cosa que puedo ofrecerle es enseñarle a cocinar los platos típicos brasileños u otras cosas que aprendí. Podemos tener una increíble caipirinha juntos (lo que, por cierto, sé cómo hacerlo muy bien) y si está dispuesto a arriesgar una conversación básica en portugués.

As you may have realized I really love to cook. In fact all my travel is based on cook, that|s why I'll take my DNI and find a job in a restaurante (I really want to learn more about the argentin beef), after Buenos Aires I have plans to go to France and stay 1 year travelling between the french cities... then surely one thing I can offer you is to teach you how to cook the typical Brazilian dishes or other things that I learned. We can have an incredible caipirinha together (which I know how to do very well, by the way) and if you are willing to risk a basic conversation in Portuguese
