I was born and raised in Texas, I have lived near Dallas, Austin, and College Station. I am moving back to Austin this fall for Graduate school in Energy & Earth Resources. My undergraduate education was in environmental science / plant ecology. I enjoy hiking, riding my bike, being outside in nice weather, trying very different and unique foods, sharing music, and talking about life, the universe, and everything.

I am spending the summer traveling in Europe before I start school in the fall for my masters degree. Couchsurfing has the ability to give a very unique experience to trips that I think is very novel and a great way to learn a culture. I've had a couchsurfing adventure once before in the U.S. and it was quite a way to make a new friend. I enjoyed it.
