PHILOSOPHY

It's taken me so many years to get to here.
Things could have been very comfortable and life could be glamorous or settled.
But I chose a different path and I have to be happy where I am, and not be resentful of everybody who have all these things I don't have.
Ultimately, that is not what I want.
I want other things.
Love and understanding was always the goal.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My mate Karl told me... 'this are nice people you can go swimming with'. That was at the end of June 2008 when I came to live in Iceland.

I´m with couchsurfing.com, having great fun with our guests since July 2008 :)

I enjoy reading, knitting, crafts, music, impressionist art, long walks, yoga, canoeing and nature; as well as studying languages, meeting people and discovering other cultures.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I make string instruments. My favorite part of the job is when I give the instrument to a player to try out. Usually, nobody has ever played on it,and he/she breathes live into my piece of woodwork. As childs first cry - Amazing.

I like to talk, I like to listen.

I can show you how I make violins and tell you few things about them you might not know,
or show you how to make and fix dreadlocks, share music or movies.
I would love to learn some traditional songs from your area (especialy lullabies) and if you do any crafts, I would enjoy you showing me how.
It makes me happy to cook for other people.
