Movies; Fight Club, Requiem for a Dream, Japanese Anime films (like Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky, etc), the Garden State, Horton Hears a Who, and many more I can't think of at the moment.
Books; I've read so many books I can hardly keep track, but I mostly enjoy reading books that aren't well known.
