Hi! My name is Emi and traveling and meeting new people has such a special place in my heart!! I got the travel bug about two summers ago when I had my first study abroad experience in Alicante, Spain and absolutely fell in love with meeting people from other cultures.

I started couch surfing for the first time while traveling around the South Island of New Zealand. I was welcomed by such friendly locals that I want to return the favor and host travelers that are making their way through Chicago. I have had such amazing luck with the people I have met through couch surfing and want to continue sharing the love!

兴趣

The most obvious one is definitely traveling! However, I also am a huge nerd and love reading books. I also enjoy anything outdoors, especially on the water! I could sail everyday of my life if I was able to! My father lives in Colorado so I also enjoy hiking through the mountains and white water rafting. During the weekends, you will normally find me out and about with friends having some beers. I am not a huge fan of sitting at home alone! The more activities there are to do, the better! :)
