ABOUT ME

I'm a young enthusiastic andalusian easy-going fellow, 32 years old, that studied Anthropology in Spain and England, and is finishing now a PhD in Wageningen (The Netherlands). I love to travel, and specially to meet new people from different cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm very open mind, thirsty for knowledge and human experiences. I decided some years ago that life was created to experience as much as possible, and here I am, doing it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted many surfers in a short term, I enjoy good conversations, although most of the time I can't join them into the city because I'm busy with my thesis.
I also experienced surfing with CS, and I found it amazing.

Intereses

I love social life itself, when I travel around the streets are my favourite museum. I also like taking pictures and playing later to express feelings or ideas (you can see my flickr account http://www.flickr.com/photos/ignaciolmoreno/). I also like to live and travel across the countryside, or to spent the sunset from the top of a hill.

Música, películas y libros

I'm really enjoy movies, I have a massive list of watched and must be watched (thanks to internet), it would be impossible to say which one are my favourites, it depends on how I feel or want to feel that moment.
I read a lot because my job, so, when I want to read more, it has to be really good to get my attention. However, I also like the classics such as Tolking, Tolstói, Cervantes, Bukowski...
On music I'm weird, I like a good Ska, but also la Nueva Troba or Cohen... what I really dislike is techno or house music... I can't stand on it.

Well, I have seen my nephews and nieces to be born and grow, and that's awesome!!

I can teach how to cook nice Andalusian meals, how the a lot about agrofood empires and peasant resistance ;)
