ABOUT ME

I am intelligent (or should I say intellectual?), I enjoy fine arts and photography. I practice yoga, also have wide interests and many hobbies, like music, play guitar. Rather quiet person, I try to be in harmony with myself and to make it pleasant for others to be with me. I like to explore new things whether it be new places or new culture. I have lived 2 years in the USA so I speak quite good English.

I meet good and open-minded people thru CS, makes me feel more open myself. I want to keep up this feeling! And sometimes it is good to travel together.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My favourite writer is Julio Kortasar.
I enjoy French movies (Francois Truffaut, Eric Rohmer), road movies (Dead Man) and Cohen brothers (The Big Lebowsky, No Country for Old Men).
Music: Blues, Cuban son (Buena Vista Social Club), different kinds of ethnic music.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Discovering first photography, then painting and then yoga was pretty amazing for a guy with mathematical background like me. But actually, any moment of being connected to your deeper self, to the world and to other people is amazing, whether on a deserted Latvian beach, or in a yoga teacher's kitchen in India, or in a winding street of a Greek town. I continue to look for such moments :)
