Music = probably rock... but gravitate towards indie folky psychedelic-y. interests span all genres (re: popular, from jazz/blues/r&b/hip hop to indie-odd to some mainstream... re: classical, from baroque to contemporary).

Movies = favorite director is Christopher Nolan; and go-to genre would probably be documentaries.

Books = favorite author is Haruki Murakami; and lately I'm into books on US national / state parks and trail guides.
