About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Currently on a detour in my life, reloading my wallet and finding a more peaceful environment that I felt in need of. There is also much love that hasn't hit me anytime before in my life.

ABOUT ME
I'm a guy who got my life suddenly kick started some years back, from beeing sort of an average teenager that expected a 9-5 lifestyle with no real life ambitions, except for possibly a interesting job. All this happened to me when I got an opportunity to work for a skiresort in the north of Sweden as a dishwasher/waiter. From beeing offered the position it did not took me more than 18 hours until I was standing in that kitchen, realizing that in matter of hours a new years is beginning and I'm going to celebrate it with completely new people that I had just met.
The coming winter season opened up myself socially and made me se who big the world really is, it also came clear to me that ones life does not have to be inside the borders of what the society may pictures for you. You are rather encourage to shape it your self.

With this period of time and the person that I was before, I now see my self much as a curious, creative and determined. I'm always looking for some kind of adventure and love to see things get beeing built and evolve.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I did heard about CS when I was reading on travel sites about tips on how to pack your bags for different journeys. This idea of people sharing their roofs over travelers as an friendly and exiting alternative to more common accommodation almost got me more hyped than the actual trip that I was going to at that time. It was heartwarming to find such a voluntary and beautiful commitment of hosts and travelers.
That trip grew into last for 2,5 months backpacking through several countries in Asia including the transiberian railway and trekks up to Mt Everest base camp, all for the first time abroad without my family.

That said, I don't really own a house/place my self so are for now unable to host, but in any situation I would love to help people out as much as I can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Accepting a jobboffer and 10 hours later leaving home, sitting on a train to take me 45 metric miles north and then as I arrive, begin a workshift of 8 hours in a profession I never practiced before.
Then in the middle of the shift, the new year rockets of 2013 started to go off and a bunch of texts droped in from people wonder why I was'nt at the party back home.

Teach, Learn, Share

Allways bring a toilet roll, and a towel.
