ABOUT ME

Grew up and raised around the world by my French hippie entrepreneur parents, I have caught the traveler's virus pretty young.

I studied mathematics and cinema, I tried to play the guitar for many years, I listen to music all the time, I dance as much as I can, I believe everybody should read "The Little Prince" and "Animal Farm".
I like to understand why things are the way they are. I have interest for history, politics, sciences, religion, arts, plants, geology, people... I am open minded and I try not to be judgemental.

Thanks to my job (I work as a production accountant on movie shootings), I can afford to travel at least 3 months per year. The most important thing for me when I am traveling is not sight seeing or doing stuff or following a planned itinerary but making some real meaningful human encounters. I believe the wise traveler shouldn't be in a hurry because you need time to discover a place, meet its people, understand their culture and environment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have more interest in making new friends than saving up the price of a hotel room. Thanks to couchsurfing I met great people while discovering Brazil in 2008. Since then I have been using couchsurfing in Thailand, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Music, all kind of music as long as it grooves ! I am a real music lover, always interested in discovering new stuff. I spend half of my spare time searching and downloading music from the internet. I like to dance (I need it for my personal balance), mainly salsa and forro and some hip-hop too. I am always eager for a party. I like food, good food (remember I am french ;-) ), movies, books, trees and politic.

I can teach you salsa dancing or help you to improve your salsa level. Actually I am really passionate about salsa and I wish I could meet a musician who could explain me the different rhytms of salsa (son, rumba, mambo, guaracha, guaguanco).

I can teach you some french. I wish I could learn all the languages.

Thanks to my Japanese step father I can teach you to cook rice like a Japanese （＾－＾)
