Hello! I'm Emilia and I'm 18 years old. I'm from Poland and I am live in small city Kostrzyn nad Odrą. This city is located on the border with Germany (i have 80 km to Berlin). I am not a problematic person and I can behave myslef in any situation. I really like to meet a new people and make a new friend. Also, I would like to know other cultures. I am helpful and funny person. We can make jokes around :) Since I've tuned 7 years old I sing almost everyday. I play on the ukulele for like 5 months now :) i am big animals lover and i am not allergic at anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here because I won one of 15k travel pass. European Union found 15k special cards for ''kids'' that have turned 18 years old before 1st of July 2018. This card can make it possible to travel by train all around countries in UE (this card includes 4 countries only). However, the winners, like me, need to find cheap accommodation. Unfortunately, in capitals of country, prices are telling for itself. As a foreginer in any country I don't know exactly how everything works - i mean communication. I do care about make a new friend all around the world. Meeting new people and have a chance to know their culture - in my opinion - really educate ourself. The citizen of country that I would be visiting could tell me or even show me what is worth to see. I would be also grateful if you could give me some advise about my travel :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: i listen actually everything that has a catchy beat or words. I am big fan of pop, RnB and rock (metallica, linkin park etc). Also, I listen to young stras like billie eilish or troye sivan.
Movies: I am the biggest fan of Harry Potter, Hunger Games and Percy Jackson. I need to admit that i prefer tv series and anime. I frightened of horrors and I don't really like romantic movies. Comedy and criminal movies are my favourites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think that I am, doing this all the time. I am afraid of many things, so i push myself to the limits. And it works! Also i learn myslef to play on ukelele!

Teach, Learn, Share

For one year I have been learning kids english as a volounteer. These kids were between 5-12 yeras old.
I've been learning myself little norwegian but i stopped.. I don't know why but I think that i wouldback to teach myslef again! I can say two sentences. I can introduce myslef and ask what's up? Jeg heter Emilia. Hva skjer?
I like to learn new things from people. I don't mean math or something like that. I have this in school. Being with another person teach me a lot. Especially when someone is not the same nationality as me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could share my knowledge about my county. Also I could sing and play on the ukulele if i bring it with me. I can make basic things at the kitchen like boil pasta and potatoes. I can make pasta with broccoli ( delicous ), pancakes, and waffles. I could also share my exprience from my travel if hosts will be interested :)
