Hi! My name is Emilia, I like to describe myself as a woman, a yoga practitioner, an anthropologist, a feminist, and an activist. I like to look at life in the most positive way that I can, I enjoy meeting people, seeing different cultures and ways to look at life, learning new things, and laughing a lot. I think I'm a very relaxed and adventurous person. I believe in loving, sharing and enjoying life, that beauty is in all that exists in the word, and that every experience is important and valuable to us. I love eating fruits and veggies, being in nature, and hanging around with animals.

Hola! Soy Emilia, me puedo describir a mi misma como una mujer, practicante de yoga, antropóloga, feminista y activista. Me gusta vivir de la manera más positiva posible, disfruto mucho de conocer personas nuevas, ver culturas y visiones del mundo distintas, aprender cosas nuevas y reírme mucho. Me considero una persona relajada, tranquila y aventurera. Creo en amar, compartir y disfrutar de la vida, en que que hay belleza en todos los seres y las cosas que hay en el mundo, y en que todas las experiencias son valiosas e importantes. También me gustan mucho los animales y comer frutas y vegetales.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Last year I met some couchsurfers while I was living and studying in México. After hearing about the great experiences these people had had I decided to give it a try. I traveled through the beautiful country I was living in, met amazing people and got to experience places in a wonderful new way. Traveling became so much more than just seeing new places: I got to share so many things with locals and other travelers and I was so grateful for this. I not only want to continue having these experiences as a surfer, I also want to give back by helping others who visit my hometown.

兴趣

I like traveling, reading, movies, cooking (especially vegan cooking :) ), yoga, hiking and nature. Right now I'm very interested in permaculture and other ways of solidary interaction with nature (especially those found within traditional latinamerican cultures).
