My experiences with travelling, whether as a host or a guest, are always enhanced when I can get to know someone with another culture, language and way of life. I want to learn as much as I can about the world and this is one of the best ways!

兴趣

Languages - I love languages and my life goal is to be a polyglot! The next languages I want to learn are French, Swedish, Norwegian and Hindi.

Swing Dancing - Second to languages, swing dancing is my biggest passion! I dance mainly lindy hop and blues but can also dance shag, balboa, East Coast and West Coast.

Reading - I read / listen to books about places and cultures that I have never experienced! I have "experienced" 18th century Russia (Anna Karenina), Japan (The Great Passage), Victorian England (Pride and Prejudice), China (China in 10 Words), Turkey (Last Train to Istanbul), Cambodia (First They Killed My Father), Afghanistan (Kite Runner).
